Streaming Media Engineer We are looking for a Streaming Media Engineer with good background in IT domain with curiosity and familiarity of media services and technologies. The role will focus on the administration, setup and configuration of video streaming platform for Live TV, Video on Demand (VOD) and Live Event streaming services.

Qualifications
• 2+ years of experience,
• Understanding of video streaming technologies such as MPEG-DASH, HLS and Smooth Streaming,
• Understanding of digital media compression techniques such as H.264/AVC, H.265/HEVC, AAC,
• Understanding of networking protocols: DNS, HTTP, SSL, TCP and UDP,
• Experience with IT monitoring and analytics solutions (Elastic, Zabbix),
• Experience with scripting (bash, python),
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills,
• Improve, automate and support streaming workflows,
• Configure media delivery across various platforms/devices,
• Monitor media delivery systems for reliable, consistent operation,
• Troubleshoot issues arising in the streaming pipelines.
